OCTOBER 6:  Sandra Bullock, who recently rescued a 3-legged dog named Poppy, had a scare when the little Chihuahua mix turned up missing.  Luckily, a paparazzi was passing by and offered to lend a hand in the search for the missing mutt. After an exhaustive 2-hour search the handicapped hound was found a few blocks away. Sandra was overjoyed and scooped the dog up, held it tight and brought it back home! Bet she’ll keep a closer eye on him the next time…
